By downloading, installing, or using TimeSee ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
TimeSee is a visual timer application designed for iPhone and Apple Watch. The App provides timer functionality with visual feedback to help users manage their time effectively.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
4. In-App Purchases
TimeSee may offer optional in-app purchases to unlock additional features. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. All sales are final, and refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
